ABOUT BELLE'S LUNCHBOX

WHAT IS BELLE’S LUNCHBOX?
Belle’s Lunchbox is a Private Club and not open to the public. Comprised of Sovereigns which constitute our Citizen/Member-Owners, Belle’s Lunchbox privately owns animals such as cows and goats. Belle’s Lunchbox then contracts individual farmers to board, feed, care for, and milk our animals.

Through Belle’s Lunchbox Private Club and under Contract Law, you can privately own your own animals, and reap the health benefits of consuming your own Private Food Property, prepared the way YOU deem fit for better health and wellness!

WHAT IS INVOLVED WITH A BELLE’S LUNCHBOX MEMBERSHIP?
Belle’s Lunchbox Private Club has a yearly membership fee due the first day of every January no matter when you sign up during any given year. We also have a Citizen/Member-Owner Membership Agreement Form (CMOMA) to read and agree to. The (CMOMA) form outlines the legal obligations and legal responsibilities of Club Members. It also explains The Covenants of our Private Club and gives Membership-Ownership of our Private Property Animals.

We believe it is important for all Members of Belle’s Lunchbox to have a sound legal understanding of their Club. Therefore, we strongly suggest reading the (CMOMA) twice before joining, including directing any legal questions to your legal advisor.

AS A MEMBER, WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM BELLE'S LUNCHBOX?
As a member you can expect to be informed via honesty and good intentions. We simply do NOT make claims that we cannot back up. When changes take place in our club, we notify our members. You can also expect to be respected as an intelligent person. We believe all of our members are intelligent caring people, and that they are to be respected, therefore, we do NOT use any psychological manipulation techniques to entice their decision making processes when placing service orders.

An example of such a technique is…
BUY NOW! WAS $120.00 NOW $89.99!!!

We believe these techniques undermine the spirit of the individual and are exercised with poor tact.

All of our service pricing is honest and we simply refuse to undermine the intelligence of our members! Last and certainly not least, you can expect your private food property to be cared for with high quality standards, with respect to the cellular life in the food, and with true nutritional integrity on a cellular level.

WHAT ARE BELLE’S LUNCHBOX BELIEFS?
NO CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION is the Belle’s Lunchbox motto. We believe toxic chemical exposure and nutritional deficiencies/imbalances are the two leading causes of disease and degenerative illness.

We believe Nature’s Microbes set the foundation for a thriving farms and healthy food. A “clean” farm is just a small scale food factory producing sterile food. In conjunction, we like to keep things “dirty” at the farms.

The less toxic/poisonous chemicals around our food, the better!

We also believe in Life and the Hard Work behind excellent quality, life sustainable food, therefore, we do not believe in administering antibiotics or hormones, however, we do believe in hand milking, glass packaging, open pasture rotational grazing, and 100% Grass Fed raw dairy products created without the use of fermented grass animal feeds.

WHY HAND MILKING?
Throughout history dairy products have resulted from animals that were hand milked. Today machine milking equipment including, bulk tanks and dairy lines are sterilized with toxic chemicals, soaps, and detergents, all of which compromise the cellular integrity of, and add a little commonplace poison into the milk. Though it is not declared on the dairy label, from his experience, Max Kane knows that industrial produced dairy products are tainted with a small percentage of bleach and soap.

With hand milking, open ended buckets are easily cleaned with hot water, making the practice of “tainting the food with trace amounts of poison in the name of cleanliness” obsolete! This way cleanliness can be achieved without poisoning the food!

Max Kane believes that coming into contact with trace amounts of poison over the course of one’s life makes the actual cause of disease conveniently (for the industrial complex) hard to pin point. Since every mammal on the planet seems to have a symbiotic relationship with bacterium, it is Max Kane’s belief that bacterium and nature have been popular scapegoats. In-conjunction, he believes that the leading cause of today’s disease is in fact long term poisoning. However this path of philosophy has not gained much popularity due to it being “a tough one to face.” Since most of us drive cars and so forth, it is much easier to blame our poor health and trying times on nature rather than the modern industry which many of us enjoy.

WHY GLASS PACKAGING AND GLASS RE-USING?
Glass containers are wonderful for the health of the people and the health of the environment. Glass containers can be used again and again and again, creating an extremely low impact on our global health. In-conjunction and unlike plastic, glass containers do not “leach” or “off gas.” Everyone agrees that milk tastes better in glass!

HOW DO I CLEAN AND RETURN GLASS CONTAINERS?
Belle’s Lunchbox glass dairy containers may never be washed with soaps, detergents, and cleaners. Before returning glass dairy containers for a credit deposit, scrub them clean with some good old elbow grease in warm to hot water. Also scrub around the threaded opening to remove any buildup.

With warm water, a rag, and a scrub brush, glass containers clean up very easy! Make sure they are rinse thoroughly and dry. Belle’s Lunchbox will handle all final sterilization. If glass containers are brought back unclean or have any noticeable smell of soap, perfume, and/or fragrance, we will not accept the back.

ARE THERE ANY FINANCIAL INSENTIVES TO RETURING GLASS CONTAINERS?
We offer a credit deposit that will be posted to your account when you return glass jars. Please return glass jars in a timely manner to your regular pickup location. We suggest returning any empty jars when picking up your next order.

WHY 100% GRASS FED DAIRY PRODUCTS?
100% Grass fed dairy products created without the use of fermented grass animal feds are the purest of the pure!

Some people experience that they have digestive “intolerances” even with raw dairy products. Max Kane, our founder, believes that much of these “intolerances” are directly related to what the animals are fed. “If a person experiences G.I. challenges from eating grains, it only makes sense that milk made from grass would be easier to assimilate than milk made from grain.”

Max Kane believes that raw dairy products created from 100% Grass Fed animals, without the use of fermented grass feeds, are more bio-available, and assimilate with less of an enzymatic load required from our body.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE GRASS FED?
By definition, if an animal eats a single blade of grass and then consumes grain for the rest of its life, the animal is then considered “Grass Fed.” Marketers play this one like a violin. They market and label products “Grass Fed” when in reality grass only makes up a small percentage of the animal’s actual diet.

In his travels, Max Kane has observed “Grass Fed” dairy farmers feeding their animals just about everything including outdated moldy white bread, which the farmer was buying for pennies from a local bakery.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE 100% GRASS FED?
Again with the claim of “100% Grass Fed,” the label manipulators are heavily at work.

In his travels, Max Kane has observed “100% Grass Fed” beef and dairy farmers feeding their animals fermented grasses inoculated with molasses. Some of these fermented grasses hide under the alias of silage, haylage, and bailage. Many of these grasses are fermented in silos or in huge plastic bags which lay in the field, where molasses and other sugars are used to stimulate a bacterium response.

The down side to fermented grass feeding is that it changes the natural pH of the animal’s digestive tract, and resultantly, the animal’s health is compromised. The best dairy products are created from animals that are seasonally milked and strictly fed live growing organic pasture and organic dry hay.

It is rumored that feeding fermented grass to dairy animals is outlawed in Switzerland because of its adverse affect on the taste of the cheese.

WHY “TRULY RAW” CULTURED DAIRY PRODUCTS?
It is believed by many that cultured dairy products have the ability to deliver tremendous amounts of life to a toxic gut, however, Max Kane believes that “Truly Raw” cultured dairy products are most successful at this challenge. “Truly Raw” cultured dairy products are dairy products which are cultured in their truly raw state. Yes that means culturing milk right from the animal while it is still warm even before any refrigeration takes place! Max Kane believes that the “Truly Raw” process allows nutrients to naturally divide/transform into their resulting entity. For example, during the culturing of milk, lactose is transformed into glucose, galactose, and whey which contains small amounts of alcohol. Max believes that during this fragile process of transformation, environment is crucial! That is why all of our culturing services are “Truly Raw,” and transpire between the range of 90 degrees F - 102 degrees F.

WHAT ARE SOME FUTURE GOALS OF BELLE’S LUNCHBOX?
We are quite an ambitious club and have been extremely blessed with a wide range of brilliant members possessing such remarkable talents. We have plans to put our club in position to offer our services to the 48 states. No deadline has been set.

We are also working on a series event, both inspiring and informative to health, called The Raw Milk Party. More about The Raw Milk Party can be found at therawmilkparty.org

NOTE: Our inventories posted next to our services are our projected service availability based on the previous week’s milk production. In reality, we do NOT stock or inventory Private Food Property. All of your Private Food Property Products and Services are made and performed custom and fresh just for you!
