Why Unprocessed Dairy Products

Since the beginning, throughout history, and still today, Unprocessed Dairy Products represent the cornerstone of diet and lifestyle to people with dense bones, strong wills, and flourishing energy. Today, mammals throughout the world continue to live, thrive and survive on unprocessed dairy.

Today’s buzz in the diet world is to eat less processed foods. This path of philosophy has astounding, life changing merit. The greatest misunderstanding and misrepresentation of this paradigm, however, is the belief that temperature processing really isn’t processing at all. When we think of unprocessed food, we often picture a wholesome homemade dinner prepared by Mom... sweating over a hot stove. When we think of processed food, we imagine a microwaveable package with forty plus unfamiliar ingredients from some big scary food factory. In reality, both of these meal choices are processed!
A fair share of today’s food processing happens not in the big scary food factory, but in our own kitchens where we indulge in temperature processing every time we heat or chill our food. Therefore, when we heat, chill, or microwave an already processed food product, we then consumer a "Twice Processed Food Product".

After undergoing a deep course of study, traveling today’s dairy farms and processors, it is my professional estimate John Q. American’s average glass of milk is "Three Times Processed"!

It has been said that milk is nature’s only true food. By looking at the health of today’s unprocessed dairy consuming cultures in comparison with those who consume processed (pasteurized) dairy products, we will gain increased insight and better understanding of the healthy, life giving benefits of unprocessed dairy products.  Read the Complete Story!
